Making College Dreams Come True
The Mountain Scholars initiative aims to empower aspiring first generation, low-income, and academically motivated students in completing a four-year college degree or postsecondary certificate by providing financial and academic support throughout college along with extensive one-on-one mentoring, college navigation and other support services such as career planning and academic tutoring.
Mentoring
Robust college navigation services that include mentoring, academic coaching, degree and career counseling, financial navigation and assistance in transitioning to a 4-year college experience.
Financial Support
Scholarships and funding for Mountain Scholars helping to provide an affordable path through college.
Postsecondary Success
Mountain Scholars move through the college pipeline starting at Colorado Mountain College (CMC), staying at CMC or transferring to a four year college and graduating with a college degree.
